Some withdrawals are "caught" or flagged for a manual review. We always put security first! Our Support team has been doing an awesome job at processing those in only a few minutes. I'm glad to hear yours arrived quickly!

Jenny, what percent of withdrawals were "caught" for manual review this month? (Hint: 100%). Stop advertising instant withdrawals! What you're saying here is incredibly misleading / flat out lying.
I agree with the above quote in bold.
ALL withdrawals are manual at Nitrogen.
And, at least in the middle of the night, the withdrawal time is unacceptable.
I made 2 withdrawals - the first took about 45 minutes, the 2nd 2 hours and 32 minutes.
Not good.
This was the best btc book, but on multiple levels I am uneasy about this latest development.
