credit card deposit should be instant, as for bitcoin withdrawals, they are very fast too, tried several times, everything went smoothly in 5 mins

Do they keep most of their funds in cold wallets and do they have multisig on their hot wallets?

The majority of BIT-X's funds are held in multisignature true cold storage (never connected to the internet). A small portion (50 BTC or so, replenished with manual approval) of funds are held in multisignature hot wallets.
