So i need a bot that can help me with this.

Make X amount of 0.00000000 BTC bets
then
If 10 reds in a row, Base bet = 0.00000001 BTC.
then
Start Margintale.

This way i have way less chance of losing 0.1btc with 28 reds in a row *i think its 28* from 1 satoshi. as i would need 38 reds in a row, less likely than 28 reds in a row.

It is true that 38 in a row is less likely but at the same time the more bets you make the more chances of getting 38 in a row and since you are making bets until you get 10 in a row (0.097% chance of happening) so roughly every 1000 bets you can start betting for real, the problem with this strategy is that it would take you years to even make a small profit because you need 1000 bets before you even start betting with martingale

See the thing is, primedice allows you to make 0.00000000 btc bets, could use them as pre rolls. so anything apart from "time" which does not matter to the bot is not lost am i right?

You are betting with base bet of 1 satoshis, to win 0.01 btc you would need to bet 2.000.000 times with martingale strategy, now if you are also using the 10 loses pre rolls wich as i said earlier would be around 1000 bets before you get them, 1.000.000 x 1.000 = 1.000.100.000 thats the number of total bets (1 billion) to win 0.01 btc, even if you are using a bot betting 1 billion times would take a lot, years.. even with 1 bet per second.
