You have coins on an exchange? You should be able to send those to your wallets.
Make sure you have the latest .conf file with nodes in them.

ok but my coins are on poloniex, and xhc 2.0 wallet are disable. I have a minerals coin on poloniex too and they disable min. wallet too, so when i wanted to send min. to bittrex i couldn't. So i send message to poloniex and they answer that they will take care of that and they did
one day my mineral coins are gone from poloniex and never make it to the bittrex, they steal it. So i dont want that to happen to my xhc 2.0.
