I dont think that can be an offer for this type of account, the value for me at least is nothing...and even worse when i see that you tried to sell it without any succes.I friendly suggest you try to find something else as a collateral (altcoins maybe) or wait until you sell your account, maybe try to sell it cheaper.Good luck with your loan, maybe someone else will be intersted..
