The only reason I haven't gotten a chargeback yet is because I ordered from him before and it did worked out. He does need to take his ass out of his head and send the bitcoins, if he's having issues in his personal life, that would be his problem and not mine.

That's  a decent jump between  1st and 2nd trades - i hope you get the coins you paid for.

Has he given you a reason for why it is taken to long? Quote from his site "On TOXCOIN all exchange orders are processed nearly instant." Huh

I had an order for around $400 before and it worked, so I'm not sure if it's a scam or he just didn't have the bitcoins and he was waiting to get more, if it was the 2nd option and he didn't have any he should have made some type of contact and after you make the payment it states it may take up to 6 hours to process, however it's been close to 24 hours and he has been online 3 times.
