I have been ripped for 73$ when bought a refilled VCC. The Vcc I received is not valid or has zero balance!

so this is another scam?? i was interested in their anon-debitcard. but i also wonder how would you be able to load these cards with BTC? also why would somebody load a card like that with btc?? I mean, aren't we all here to earn, buy and safe our btcs?? I am putting all my btc aside and can't understand why all people are selling them..
i would ve used a card like this to make anon-payments i don't want any financial institution to know where i spent my money (alcohol shop, erotic-shop, strip-club, etc..)
