Hey man. Actually there is nothing to reship. I need it to make use of a service, rather than make a purchase of an item and the service is only available to US and Canadian residents. I need to be able to top up the card so that a monthly amount can be drawn out by the people running the service.


An agent might work but its a stretch... The agent would need to be able to provide me valid details for a credit card and billing address and keep that card funded so that it could be billed monthly... I guess in return I could pay them a monthly commission (on top of the value deducted from the card by the service provider)... Its a bit much to ask really.

I either need to open a Canadian bank account and get a Credit card with that(although that doesnt solve the billing address problem), or find some kind of virtual service like USunlocked....
