Yes agreed! But I'm not sure it disclaims you from persecution might you suddenly sneak off with the coins 
It's not a disclaimer, just potential risk. We already have measures to not lose keys, multi signature cold storage, Satoshi Dice never got hacked in almost 3 years and we even take care not to die
I will clarify this text.
I just read it as a joke that must have been inspired by Mt Gox.
