I think the fact of dividents payout can give an additional motivation to get in for those who have not done it yet.

Dividends payouts will start right after we determine the company's Q1 2015 profit.
We don't have an exact date for today but it should happen before deadlines that were declared.
Company Q1 profit determination - 15-20 of April.
Dividends payout - 20-25 of April.
