but this is happening almost 24 hrs to the min as yesterdays manipulation and they pushed it down my guess is way up

Yep that's what I was thinking.  Same time as yesterday.  I'm almost willing to be that it'll drop down to 190000 tonight like it did last night around, oh, 9pm or so.

I wouldn't be so sure.
