Yes, I had to turn site off for a few minutes to update some indexes in the database.

Had some slow query's that were jamming up the database server, all fixed now.

Since I brought the site back online, we have pushed out over 1200 payments and still counting..

Give the system about an hour, if you still have any payments marked as "Pending" please post here.
