The one where Joe is trying to blackmail Josh for ~$500,000 and Josh responding by threatening Joe with blackmail would clear that question up for this fucking moron in about 15 seconds. Obviously, since Josh never made good on his threats and Joe did not either, there was an agreement reached that involved giving Joe 5 PCs. Since Joe seems to have received ~$500,000 worth of shitcoin poopers I would say his blackmail was a bit stronger than Josh's.
