there has been a few late twists, mr garza has lost all ownership, jurisdiction, decision making , manipulating , pumping , dumping etc..
this is a good news

paycoin foundation has taken over the coin and they want to make it right for the community , even my man Joe mordica is back online ,
mr garza is frustrated , pissed off , speechless  because he has no say in it anymore , that is why he is creating fud .

I believe with this good team behind paycoin and PC stake rate dropping from %350 to %100 people may actually have a chance of seeing some good returns.
