Does not matter in the slightest does it. Pay rate for example the Bit-x which is one of the highest, Full Members 0.0008btc we pay 0.0007btc really low? 
Their Senior Members 0.0011btc we pay 0.0009btc still not really low is it. Above they pay 0.0013btc we pay 0.0011btc these are not really low by any standards so please don't post here if your going to post rubbish to bump your sig posts. Your example of fixed rate is invalid.
