Although you did not respond to my post, you have replied to others of a similar nature. I do notice that the pages are loading properly now, and I am no longer losing my winning tickets. Appreciate that. Here is my question. While I was experiencing troubles with the pages loading, and my winning tickets subsequently getting ripped off or given away to somebody else who didn't even do the fingerwork to get it, I was trying everything I could to get the pages to load properly. I tried saying yes to Autoscratch as well as no, but it didn't seem to make any difference. Does it?
I want you to know I lost at least 1/4 of my winning tickets in the past week. Not compensating people who have used your site properly and gotten burned is kinda sleazy.
Well, we actually preferred to address the underlying problem rather than throw a bandaid solution at it every few days. If you provide the wallet you were playing from, we can see exactly how many tickets you played and which ones weren't paid out to you and why.
