What i gather from all that is that the SEC subpoena demanded certain information, to which Josh did not give them everything. Josh is trying the threaten PCF to save his own arse. And his image in the "community". Lost prime controllers? More evidence of his ineptness.

I love how Josh keeps threatening them and all they keep saying is "go for it".

Josh: SEC will take everything!
PCF: let them
Josh: FBI will investigate us!
PCF: we have nothing to hide
Josh: my lawyers are now after you!
PCF: did we miss their call?
