There does seem to be a certain confidence in the way they went forward... almost like they've already come to an agreement with the SEC and other agencies, so have no fear of investigation. But, given all the various ownership claims in that proposal... it seems josh lied to his attorney who must be very, very happy with josh right about now.
You're looking for sense where there is none. If you see you're absolutely fucked, you stop digging yourself into a bigger hole right? That's what the leaked email about shutting down HashTalk was about, to stop them incriminating themselves even further. Slightly out of order I think, but here's the general idea.
- Josh is told in a leaked email to shutter HashTalk until everything blows over
- Josh has a "RAID failure" which destroys HashTalk, tells everyone it's over ("RIP HashTalk") and to move to talk.paycoin.com
- Josh rebrands announces to MrCEO (presumably to try and claim he isn't in command anymore)
- 27th March Josh changes his profile picture to "minerals" and makes vague references to something big upcoming.

- Josh rebrands MrCeo to minerorigin and makes it an administrator
- Josh ignores the minerorigin account after a single day of use, heads back to MrCEO
Somewhere in there HashTalk was announced to be closing in a week (again), but I can't where it fits in the timeline. Need some help with dates if anyone can add them.
I doubt he will close hashtalk because most won't move over to minerals.
