Do not touch any cloud mining company at all. Some are Ponzi, some has paid hardware manufacturers to vouch for them but all are somehow hiding the real world identity of the people behind (except Cex.io). Real companies like BitPay, Bitstamp does not need to hide themselves. So, it is better to stay away from all the cloud mining thieves.
Real CloudMining companies like Bit-X and hashnest don't hide themselves either.

Mining address, photos, backing of a manufacturer. All this separates legit companies from ponzies. Do not feed ponzies with you hard earned coins.
1. Mining Address - Bit-X does not provide any mining address.
2. Photos - Photos are no proof at all. BitcoinCloudServices provides photos. That does not prove they are legit.
3. Backing of Manufacturer - Anyone can pay some manufacturer and get backing to raise public money. Hashie got backing from AM. That did not stop them to scam.
Conclusion: Do not feed your greed with cloud mining dreams. All of them are going to blow on your face.
p.s. The only legitimate way to verify a cloud mining company is to compare there sold hash power in real time with the mining address. Any company that can not do so are blatantly cheating you by hook or by crook.
Bit-X doesn't need to provide an address but soon will. BitFury (much more reputable than AM, IMO) has officially confirmed their partnership with Bit-X.
Once upon a time people had the same confidence about AM hash. But, all of us know how it turned out. When u have easy way to prove your legitimacy, there is no reason to show the other way, like 3rd party official partnership. It only shows shady business practice.
