Are there any exchanges on which Paycoin is listed that are currently still active? Or is everything frozen? I saw a list recently that had some oddball exchanges for XPY, just wondering if there is some action happening while Cryptsy and Bittrex are shuttered.
Has Bittrex actually stopped? It appears trading is still active and the status board says the wallet is 'Normal'.
