I have received one vouch account from Crockpot.
It is newly created as username has "Cyclops" on it, you can change the password and it is working flawlessly.
Bear in mind I don't know if it will stop working next month, in 3 months or in 30 years.
But currently it works and for 1$ what do you expect?

If you don't trust this guy just ask some escrow (there are plenty of them who offer their services for free) to help with the transaction.
