instructions on how to sign a message, and I know which address you control because you posted a screenshot of the address you asked him to pay to. Alternatively you can sign a message from any of the addresses either of the accounts you were selling previously posted
edit: the OP gave me access to his LBC account which does have a deposit address matching the address he asked to receive payment to
