I guess scamming people from your own country is more dangerous than doing the same to overseas ones...

Especially when u deal with Russians. I hear people there do not sue people when there s some kind of dispute. They have more direct methods.
Well, if you check the cases here in us an other states you see that the other method is way more effective than court and lazy police pigs. But when they see you smoking weed you will get arrested for sure.
