I been waiting 2 and a half days 
cashout still shows pending in the poker client
in the past it was alway fast and easy .
sent emails got a response that just ask my user name.

You don't really have to worry. A lot of times what happens is that they have to review cashouts, and then something else more urgent comes up and they never get to reviewing your cashout and it sort of gets forgotten.
Just remind them again or get a hold of them in live chat.
