Cloudminer.io has been around for about a year now. They have been providing payments the entire time. In my opinion they are a honest site. They do have their own their on here somewhere. People can look for themselves.
This is what I was also thinking. Cloudminr was always on time with their payments etc. Never got any problems with it.
