I'm pointing to their code because GAW's redirects to it. If you go back, you can see all the commits, including from when gaw controlled it.

http://blog.paybase.com/paybase-creates-an-alliance-with-the-paycoin-foundation/ is dated Feb 24, so let's look at commits before then: https://github.com/PaycoinFoundation/paycoin/commits/809ff126302a3490fdf863b64919ef78189056d4 and https://github.com/PaycoinFoundation/paycoin/tree/809ff126302a3490fdf863b64919ef78189056d4. There are still 113 commits while it was in GAW's control.

If the problem is no build for release, I can see why people would want someone to build it for them, but it's not that hard to build yourself.

It's pretty straight forward on Linux but is is quite hard on Windows, just installing GNU is a pain in the a**.  I was never successful in building a Windows wallet myself (Paycoin or others).

People use the binaries released by the groups in control.

In my view he is correct in saying that nothing was fixed, you couldn't even sync the wallet with the blockchain without restarting it every 500 blocks before the updated version was released the the foundation last week!

No wonder everyone kept using online wallets.. lol
