Cloudminer.io has been around for about a year now. They have been providing payments the entire time. In my opinion they are a honest site. They do have their own thread on here somewhere. People can look for themselves.

They don't have to accept it. But I do think they will continue to payout in the future. I know companies come and go without a word, seen it happen numerous times since I joined the forum.
