Wow so much happened here , Guys i do understand it seems like a scam but as i have known and dealt with admin for 2 months now , he will not run with the btc , he will pay but on his conditions . Hope everything works out good , the site is good but i don't think players will come unless the neg rep is removed from admin's profile.
There is one thing i know , even if the site goes down , admin is a good guy and will return people's btc with time , he is just trying to make his site good and popular but the language problem is really big and it makes it hard for us and him to communicate properly and convey our proper feelings/words.

Why not just process ajareselde's withdrawal now? Why he should wait for another week for you to process it? the amount he is trying to withdraw is from his deposit and not from the giveaway yet you are doing this.

I need the response from him firstly , because he put neg trust on me and make me in really bad station now.

The only thing you need to do is simply process his withdrawal request from that you can ask him to remove the negative trust. You cant blame him for what he has done, he already waited for 1Week just to get his coins back but you are still refusing until now

There is actually still a time for you to save your business, doing this way will actually make your reputation looks bad, and no one will be risking to deposit their own coins into your site again.
The best thing you can do is to let him have his coins, you cant held someone's coin just because he doesnt activate his GA. I have given you the benefit of doubt but it is time for you to make things right

of course we will not hold his money, I am waiting for his online and want he to remove the neg,or promise to do so .and if for the next 7 days the whole site wager 50+ btcs ,he will get 1 btc as rewards. and 100+ btcs  2 btc. I think it is good for him. and explain our sorry in heart.
