I will tell you why he is not bothered He is Admin and he is not losing anything they are going right back in his wallet.
Why would he make deposits like that hoping that someone make a deposit in the middle of them and they are being timed out in blocks of like 4 or 5.
Also why would someone loose 12 btc then make 3 small deposits then watch 45 mins later and watch another 15 go because he is not loosing anything.
