Hi, guys, support replied to me, why i got 0.08265btc when i withdrew 0.087btc from this site, it's processed by shapeshift(now i call it shapeshit) convert, so the processor shapeshit took about 5% fee, wtf shapeshit is a greedy bastard.
So if you wanna withdraw? Don't withdraw btc, shapeshit will take your a lot of money, just withdraw XPY to your bittrex or cryptsy wallet, at least no withdrawal fee, you only need to pay the trading fee, 0.25% in bittrex, 0.2% in cryptsy.

Firstly at least you found out why your funds was lower than they should have been that is a start, i can't believe they would have the front to charge customers 5%! withdrawal that is out of order and i would drop them from the site if i was admin

The sites use up altcoin as the chip currency, and fox is withdrawing xpy into BTC. The sites process this with shapeshift.io, Basically shapeshift process things with the spread of buy and sell order. This is where the 5 % spread come in play. You can actually avoid this by not withdrawing BTC but withdrawing xpy instead , you can then sell it to an exchanger for usual 0.25 % trading fee which might save you some %
