Is there any way to tell if this is some kind of corporate card?  About the only legitimate reason I can think of are corporate cards that were issued to separate employees but the email goes back to one address.  The only corporate cards I've ever seen have the company name on them with some having employee id or name as secondary info not actually issued in a persons name.
