I don't think the dump is going to happen in the next few days. In fact I think the pump is going to continue past 4-20. For the amount of coins dumped in the 3-4k satoshi range, it would definitely not be profitable for the pump to end. When I see 30+ bitcoin dumped over the course of a few days, it generally follows with an aggressive pump. Let's see though.
