The fact that you think these sites are true ponzis shows how ignorant you are. Like the description says, they are "investor based games that require new entries to pay out the old entries." it's nothing more than gambling. I do agree that SOME are scams because they run, but any gambling site can do the same.
Sticky the thread that rates these sites, that would be useful.

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors
So you're confirming they're Ponzi, right?
Close but not correct, a real ponzi is done without the investors knowledge. These sites show you the rules up front. You are simply trying to get in first so the subsequent entries pay you out. Every gambling method has winners and losers.
