The slight real world of bitcoincharts makes sense to me since all players did better with the diff change.
This is chart of last difficulty estimates evolution. Bitcoinwisdom is mostly wrong at the start due to wrong algo. Closest estimate had nextdifficulty.com - it is using last 1000 blocks for estimations.
