What assets do you see supporting that valuation? And how valuable could the IP be for the design of a relatively simple chip whose equivalent is mass produced by many manufacturers?

Honestly I am pulling it out of my ass.. If they can contribute  the bulk of the AMHash buyout wallet, almost $300,000, My spidey senses say that existing masks plus a very efficient design  must be worth about $400,000...or about $1/share..   Even the market on Havelock still values this train wreck at $1.97, so I don't think $1/share is unreasonable...  Note that I didnt say we'd ever see it.  

I actually don't think that 'real' mask sets do exist at this point. I guess the sample chips (BE300s) were done using a shuttle run and the final mask set for the BE300 haven't even been produced(!!!)
