Uploaded a basic wallet to
www.opal-coin.com for Windows. This should resolve any issues with Windows 8.1 if you had any. If you have issues please stop in to our irc channel and ping me.

Thx for the update. Just came here to ask why i cant open the wallet. I use Windows 8.1. Downloaded the Basic Wallet and now it works again. Can I stake with the Basic Wallet as well?
