Wait, that purchase was verified in the emails, right? So was the farm down over half the time, or did something else happen over half of the units?

My guess is that they only hooked up 1.87PHs (~935 units or ~42% of what was ordered)...

edit This is assuming they had no mining equipment at that site to begin with...

Sounds like typical GAW crayon math. I think Joe mentioned somewhere here that he was first told to arrange 10MW, then 3MW. Garza was all over the place with his Bitmain e-mails too. It's probably safe to say there was no coherent plan with all this.
