 * Full POS [after initial POW distribution phase]
 * 1 million coins
 * POW Algo: NOT X11, X13, X15, SHA256 or Scrypt
 * Exchange: some low volume exchange will be available. NOT Cryptsy, Poloniex, Bittrex or C-CEX
 * No premine
 * No IPO
