All ISIS members aren't Muslims...
Isn't it evident that all ISIS members are muslims? After all I in ISIS stands for Islamic.He is claiming that the ISIS members are not "true Muslims". Now the question is who is a true Muslim. The ISIS fanatics claim that they and their supporters are true Muslims, while the others are apostates. Someone else will say that only he is a true Muslim and others are less equal. It depends upon the interpretation.
