Ok i speculate that we will never see 100 satoshi be worth $1 at current standards, however much this would be something i would like it just isn't happening and is on the extreme end of wishful thinking at best.

When the next big crash happens which is many many years between and might even be the last we see in our lifetime if they keep pumping it with the funny money, anyway my point even if it did crash in our lifetime why would people choose something even less stable and something they have little to no idea about?

Saying all that if people understood what the dollar was really worth it would indeed be worth close to what you describe but people don't want to or choose not to want to know the truth that it is barley worth the paper it is printed on.
