I think you will will find the lack of votes on C-Cex is the fact you have to donate 100k satoshi in order to vote.
I know I was up for voting. I even joined C-Cex to vote for the CS coin. Then it asked me for 0.001btc to vote and I thought no chance. What a blag and it's a shame as it probably put a lot of people off voting for your coin. We need it on an exchange that just takes it or doesn't charge to vote for new coins
