Why don't you do it by yourself, the rule is really simple, you have the potential to get 14 point activity every biweekly. It would be so nice of you if you do so.

If you did't make more than 14 posts, but make more than 1 post in a biweekly period, you will got the activity point which is the number of your post(N), and the potential is point 14-N, if you didn't make any post in the in biweekly period, the potential is 0.
This is exactly right. Do it yourself. It's not that complicated.
