Dev said there would be an announcement when Glidecoin is to be released Saturday.  He also mentioned at some point there would be a "snapshot" of the holders in order to distribute.  No exact time was given for the "snapshot".

I already have mine in NXT account.  Given that he has been fair with dividends and all, I believe he will give everyone a certain amount of time to move to NXT account before dispersing Glidecoins.
