Unfortunately, this kind of stuff is far too normal. I had to do an eviction once, and while I was in a different league, $9,000 of damages on a $90,000 home is pretty rough stuff. We didn't even list crap like rocks in the sinks that just took a bit of effort to clear out. I mean, they took the closet bars.
