cant seem to get my antminer u3 working ..
using cgminer 4x ..
the rest pretty much all default .

Did you try to enable superuser mode in the settings page? Can you look at log? Can you try run it manually?
now when i changed pool i started running
but only at 37Gh/s ..what command do i use to get it up to about 60Gh/s ??
