Is it means that I have posted 21 posts..is all that posts counted are 75+ words???

Yes, it counts only those posts which are longer than 75 letters including gaps between words... Probably.It shows 21 posts??

But. May be 75 is too much? It's actually question to all our Members, which probably more experienced.
We are still in discussion about this point. For now it works as rule - post should be more than 75 letters.
As confirmation that post is informative and constructive.
Post should be 75 or more characters in them. Its not hard to put some effort into writing a post. I agree that sometimes a few words is all that needs to be said, but for the most part, its simple to do this task. All you have to do is just think about the post and give it some constructive thoughts and feedback.
