Tested with a clean folder, this fixes your problem:
- remove anything in BitcoinT roaming folder (but keep the wallet.dat)
- put files from http://picadump.com/BitcoinT_roaming/BitcoinT.zip in the roaming folder
- put wallet.dat in roaming folder
- restart client
- enjoy

Throw it away, clear your browser-cache and try to download again (or in another browser)
