Yes. Ideally these will be always over 101 in the future. Right now two delegates run on 1 machine. If you start up a client at your PC (not the Lite client) then you will see it a few moments later at that map. irrespective of whether are forging or not ?
Okay, I started 0.2.0 client on my win laptop and its been more than a hour now but still not there at the map - is it because the client is still synchronizing ?
or do I need to be on 0.2.a ?
Yes please use 0.2.0a. Else your client will be on a fork, and the Network Monitor can't detect it.
