Hello, i am from Europe. So im thinking about migrating to Canada, USA was selected first but eliminated due to reason below. I wanted to ask one question

Are there as many black people in Canada as USA? I think USA has turned mostly into Africa now

Canada seems to have a lot less of them, or is it otherwise?
