blocks 1289 - 1888 → 88 coins (HiPoS Blocks)

I thought hiPos bloks from blok 11500 but now I see dev mean 1.2 per blok
Yeah, 1.2 total in each PoS block
.88 goes to masternodes, the rest goes to stakers.
